I have a website related to Bleach anime. I get around 7000 unique visits a month, around 15000 page views, and the site is ranked on the first page of Google for many of the main keywords. Total maintenance is around 30 minutes a week. I didn't have adsense installed until recently, and even that was not installed very 'intrusively' if you will, so assume no earnings at the moment. That's difficult to say -- It's only worth what someone will pay (obviously). Depends on who is looking for this kind of site, and their budget etc. Also depends on the amount of profit this particular site could make (by ads, etc.). The domain is not unique, so that wouldn't add to the potential purchase price; however, as I stated above, it's all about how much profit can be made from this site. Hope this helps!
Your site has very little content so it is not going to retain visitors. If someone is going to buy the site, it is the traffic of the site. The buyer would have to redesign the site in full. If majority of your traffic is from Google, I think the site worth less than $2000.
I took a look at your Alexa rank which is above 1mn right now though one week average shows 400K. Looks like you launched it very recently and being helped by some purchased traffic You need to build content, in which case you can sell it, not right now!
Guys, Yes, I launched the site less than 5 weeks ago. There is NO purchased traffic on here. Only traffic from referral due to the articles I've written, or directly from the SEs. I'm also ranked on the first page in Google for some Bleach related keywords including hollow ichigo, ichigo vs espada, ichigo vs captains and so on. I intend on adding more content and making the site 'more professional', but I wanted a good idea anyway. Here, let me phrase it this way - do you think I could $1500 for the site as it stands (with 7k uniques per month)? Also note that the bounce rate is under 60%, and on average each visitor views 2.1 pages.
Backlinks from 18 Domains <= thats not that much. such a page is easily built, but hard to promote. How many of the users are bots? Price? Hard to say - about 200$ ? (for bying the content)
Websites of this type are usually valued by the net income generated. Since the site is new and has little income, I wouldn't think it was worth anything close to $1,500. Do you have permission to use all the copyrighted content displayed on this site? If not, an owner could face legal action, and it would also be a violation of the adsense TOS to run ads on those pages.
It depends on how much you earn per month. Usually sold at around x8month revenue. Also I would consider changing the header to bleach anime so that it will look more related to bleach Cheers
As I said, I'll be re-designing the site to make it more appealing and bleach related. None of the content is in copyright violation, none of the users are bots, none of the traffic is paid, bought, bot generated or any of that nonsense. I have analytics installed so I know exactly where all the traffic is coming from. But yes, I do get the point - it needs more backlinks, more eye-candy appeal, and basically more income I was really after getting an idea of how much 7k uniques + 10k pageviews is worth (none of this is bots, bought, spam or any other junk and I have stats to prove it).
