How much is this worth- driverstory.com (website since 2001)

    I've had driverstory.com since 2001 and someone recently made me an offer of $1200 for it. I'm tempted but kind of think it may be worth more...

    Google PR3 (used to be a 4)
    DMOZ listed since 2002 under trucking>industry>publications

    Gets front page google position on several keywords-
    road rage stories- 3rd
    driver stories- 2nd
    true story magazine- 10th
    (and variations on those)


    It has 132 Yahoo backlinks
    archive.org since 4/2001
    compete.com rank- 3.5m
    alexa rank of 20m (used to be 5m)

    It used to get about 180 hits a day, but since I haven't touched it in a couple of years it now gets about 30 a day.
    I average about $5 a month from Google Adsense.

    if its making $5 month than I think 1200 seems really decent

    I don't think you'd get much more than mid $xxx, so take the $1200 offer. It'd be a smart move IMO.
