I have some Money Problems, So i think to sell it , But i want to know what its worth , With All progrograms,Visual basic source etc.

I think you should try selling exclusive resell rights to the scripts rather than a website with no traffic.

Here is a thought. Find someone with the time and experise to market the site. Build up the traffic and then sell. Provide the partner with a commission of the sale. Just make sure you have a rock solid contract.
