    Directory site 105,000 indexed pages at google. gets 100 uniques a day. makes about 30 to 50.00 a month from adsense. Has over 20 new pages added daily.

    Has a special script to make a new page for each site.

    How Much Is it worth= ??????

    if the revenue isn't consistent, it's rare that a site will go at 12 or even 24 month revenues.

    any offer above 6 months is good. you'll get around 240-400 for that site.

    Indexed pages come and go, unless you offer a guarantee :)
    Your domain is important, is it .com/net/info etc etc
    The age is also important, if its old it may add value, if its under 1 year and sandboxed that may also add a little for potential when it matures.

    When people say 30-50 thats a huge percentage difference, your site may be worth $1-$1000, if you only have a couple of months income and its under a year old then 10 months nett income would be about max maybe less.

    So based on your limited info I guess around $400 at the very most.

    As noted, it's tough to say without looking at the site. However IMO the value of your site isn't the adsense income, it's the 105K pages indexed. If the site has a huge amount of DP weight (like say 30-100K) then it's worth more here, say somewhere in the range of $500-$1000.

    Average out all the suggestions and guesses at values, looks like your site is likely worth in the range of $350 to $700 or so.

    That would get you some massive Co-Op weight so I would say $750+ if not more.
