Hello everyone, Im thinking to sell one of my sites, and im wondering how much its really worth, the site is a directory of a certain topic(PR4), with a subsite(PR3) (subdomain) in a subtopic niche, with 100% original content, the subdomain domain itself has more visitors than the main site, and has about 50 pages of original content, the main site shows 331 pages listed on google. the site has an average of 1000 uniques per month and makes about $2-$4 per month on adsense. my question is, how much would a site like this be worth?

no way! lol, just the 50 pages of unique content would worth $10 each, plus i never saw a domain (no site) with 1000 uniques sell for less than $40
Yeah, but it's 1000 uniques a MONTH. Regarding the unique content - that maybe true. If i had to buy your website, i would probably go for 50 bucks, not more.
It really depends on the site .. 1000 uniques earning 2-3USD on adsense isnt too great. Factors like can it be improved, is the niche a problem, i.e. Porn, gambling, Celeb, Arcade, etc. USD50 seems a bit low though Devil, heh. He could get that if its a valid PR4 by selling 3 or 4 one year links.
I'd buy a well backlinked, brandable domain name for USD50 if its over half a year old. If the PR4 is valid, i.e. Naturally linked surely its got to be worth more than USD50.
$50 for a domain with 1000 uniques a Month, OK, but for a *SITE*, with all that content, and good backlinks/pagerank it doesnt look fair. a 250 word article costs as much as $8, so at very least the site content would be worth $400, not to mention all articles in the site are least 500 words, some pages have +1500 words.
It has potential to be worth more into the $x,xxx or even $xx,xxx giving that you keep on building it more, get more backlinks, keyed for Google top 5 and rank in top 50k of Alexa. It's not hard to do but does take time. This may help you value your site more http://websitegrader.com
