how much is this original site project idea worth

i finished this site a few months back. i have put a good amount of money into building this site. The design is a custom one made by me and I had it coded for the script. I have put in alot of time and effort into this site aswell as money in just building the site.

I was expecting to expand on webhosting through this site but have had little time to advertise. It would be a good money making project as it can make money through advertising directory which offers rotational ads through membership in directory and hosting and web design affiliate program trhough templatemonster.

It has little traffic but has been listed on google and some other search engines. It has incignificant revenue as of now since I have not advertised it much.

How much do you guys think it's worth? I would be willing to let it go for a good amount of money to recompense my work and effort. Also I would be happy to provide reseller hosting for someone that wants to continue with this project site.
