    Hi mate.

If I want to sell a domain with these features, do you guys have any idea how much should I sell it for?

    - One dictionary word
    - 4 Letters (LLLL)
    - Easy to remember
    - .co.uk domain
    - Google.com search volume = 1900 per month
    - $2 cost per click (adwords)
    - PR0
    - No Alexa ranking

Hope you guys can give your views?

    Thanks !

    Arie

Impossible to say without knowing the url. Why not put it in an image, or hide it behind tinyurl, and then people can give you valuations or bids. A dictionary word is worth way way more if it has commercial value. For example Diamonds.co.uk is worth a fortune, talkative.co.uk is not.

with no content, Google.com search volume = 1900 per month, and because it's co.uk .. let's say 15-20$ .. without knowing the word is hard to tell

Sorry Phyroo but you are miles out. If he has a four letter dictionary word I guarantee it'll go for more than $20! Though you did just prove my point that its impossible to value a domain without seeing what it is first :)

What if the search volume for .co.uk is 400/month and CPC is GBP1/click?

I can't give you the domain here :)

Do you want to buy my car for £10,000? I'm not going to tell you what make it is, or if it even starts up when you put the key in. I'm not telling you how old it is either.

Pretty dumb question yes? Its very similar to what you are asking.

I think you need to either tell people the domain, or forget getting it valued.

The search volume is a big factor when trying to buy an exact match domain. If you are buying something short, memorable or brandable its not the massive factor.

There is absolutely no reason to hide what the domain is. Its not like you have a site and don't want competitors to see it, its nothing more than a domain. Don't even link to it, just give it as "word" and we all know its .co.uk.

I still think it will be worth more than anyone in this thread has guessed, but again without knowing thats all it is - guesses.

The cost depends on many things, it is difficult to guess without knowing the 4 letter word. But if it is common than it may be very high

    The 4 letter words are

    * Nevi: "congenital skin lesion, or birthmark, caused by abnormal pigmentation or by proliferation of blood vessels and other dermal or epidermal structures. Nevi may be raised or may spread along the surface of the skin. In other types, such as the blue nevus, proliferative tissue is buried deep within the dermis, the lower layer of the skin"

    * Dogy: there are 5 dictionary results, one of them is "motherless calf in a range herd of cattle". Dogy can also be a typo of "doggy"

    The 6 letter words are
Benzin: "A colorless, flammable, liquid mixture of hydrocarbons obtained in distilling petroleum, used in cleaning and dyeing and as a motor fuel."

    (the meanings are from dictionary.com)

Do you guys have any idea how much should i sell each of the above with extension .co.uk

    Thanks.
