    I HATE THESE TYPE OF ANSWERS they do nothing for the person who asked the question and its the most generic answer here in the appraisal part of the forum . . . here is an idea of WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR NAME when you decide to sell it . . . AND THIS ONE WAS A .uk so yours COULD SELL FOR MORE ! ! ! !

    its worth what ever you are willing to sell it for and the buyer is willing to pay . . .
    thats about the best answer ANYONE can give you with out buying it . . . my suggestion is ask high to leave bargaining room.
