(Best Celeron) 4GB ram 80GB Hard drive 1000 BG Bandwidth 10mbit Connection 145 / Month and Cpanel/WHM is another 20. 4 GB ram is alot if you want you can start at 2 GB for, 120 /Month Ram is the most expensive item in looking for a dedicated server. Also Almost anywhere you go cpanel will be around 20. With this in mind your budget is too low. PM me if you would like to discuss some options. As these can be upgraded/downgraded as needed.
I think you should be able to get this at your budget, do a search around the various web hosting forums.

megadl, you cannot get 4 GB ram for 120. It is near impossible as Ram is ~60-70 USD a month and cpanel is around ~20 USD. Thats 80-90 in just those two aspects. Like I said If you need 4 GB ram it is possible but that with cpanel is 165 USD. Is it a must for 4GB as you see you can get a much better server with less ram for the same amount of money. What do you plan to host needing 4GB ram?
mostly web based proxy, arcades and rapidshare/megaupload linking(check my megaupload linking on my sig) and i said that post best offer and not go over 120 :x if they don't mind... and preferably 2-4 gb ram

You really need to raise you budget.. If you account for power/cooling/bandwidth and the cPanel costs, those alone come close to your numbers for many facilities, then you still have the build/equipment costs.
