How much is this Facebook Fan page worth??

Hi folks.
The situation is following:
I have a facebook fan page with over 1mln fans. Due to some circumstances I decided to sell it but I am not really sure how much it is worth.
I know that on statusplug advertisers pay $500 min. for 1 ad on the fan page with 1mln fans.
What is the price range for such pages? And what is the best place to sell it?

 

Don't know of many people buying facebook fan pages, but for a big sale, I recommend sitepoint.

 

This is also depend on which fan you're on.
If your fan is about insurance product,and then i would say its possible to sell the fan page for $8000 is not a problem.
