How much is this directory worth?

    A directory of mine currently has NO pagerank, but has fluctuated from 0 to 4 over the last 3 years. It receives 1200 unique visitors per day, and receives 400 link submissions per day.

    In addition, it has $260 per month in income via text link sales and featured link purchases.

    Any thoughts?

    there are some more factors to determine the value of your site such as link popularity,age of site,etc...

    it looked like that section was just for domain names, regardless of the sites currently on them.

    source of traffic is google and websites with lists of directories. i don't do any promotion for the site with the exception of posting on the DP directories subforum once a year or so. i included the revenue in the first post.

    hard to say about the value but usually its 10 x revenue -- some may agree some may not also as the directory has no page rank it would be hard to say..

    If the site has been geneating $260 revenue consistently for some time now then, worth low $x,xxx easily.
