The website uses Magento as its e-commerce, and has a customized theme to suite the urban theme of shoes. The market is aimed at 15 - 21 year olds in the shoe industry. Its a profitable business which earns £15 - £20 per shoe (profit may vary due to exchange rates) This is a UK business, and all products are imported from Usa.
Kind of hard to tell how much it's worth without knowing number of sales and hence revenue + profit. Is it your site? Most of the time a good estimate is 5-10x profit = value. But that can vary a lot depending on who wants to buy it, if it has potential etc...
The site value is depend on your site back link and PR. But due to your site nature of business,your site value is highly depend on the sales/month. It work this way,if you average sell 10 shoes/month,then your site can be sold at least $500
The smallest buttons on the site are the ones that actually take you to product. I missed them until I spent some time actually looking at the site.. I can't imagine it does much in sales at all and that wold make it nearly worthless IMO..
Check out http://www.priceasite.com. I developed the appraisal system and I consider it to be quite accurate for what I would pay. Keep in mind, a website that isn't making money, generally isn't worth much... or anything.
