How Much Is This Baby Worth?

How much is my Website Worth? I've never sold a site so I really have no clue how to appraise them. Reason I want to sell this is because I have been working on a new and bigger project and need a chunk of cash to invest into my project.

The site is in a lifetime niche that is constantly hot.

* Little over 100 views a day
* Making about $2,000 a month(70% PPC,30%organic)
* 18 pages indexed in google,yahoo,ect...
* Alexa rank= 800,000

I want to sell everything...including my email list of over 1,000 people trying to get there ex back..and my entire autoresponder course that is over a month long.

I'm not a fan of the domain name because it's WAY TOO LONG and there's an extra period for no reason. I think you can sell it for $20,000-30,000 if you find the perfect buyer.

 

The extra period is a subdomain. The actually domain is getbacktogetherwithyourex.com and yes I know it's a little long.

I don't think the domain name itself really has much at all to do with what it's worth.

The thing is... I am selling the domain, All my subdomains,webpages, ALL my adgroups, ALL my profitable keywords, my ENTIRE autoresponder campaign(25 messages or so) and a list of over 1,000 people.

See what I mean? I am giving away EVERYTHING for this campaign. Also about the list... You might think that not all 1,000 people on the list are still trying to get there ex back...and your right BUT... you can sell tons of stuff! Towards the end of the AR series I have a couple emails on Dating sites, CB products on...how to have better sex, find a new date, how to make your relationship stronger, ect.

The thank you page after the opt-in converts around 1:20 so you make profit from that up front...but the real money is in the list! (I know, you've heard it a million times)

So If I'm giving away EVERYTHING don't you think the site worth closer to 50,000 +

You could easily turn this into a $100,000 a year campaign...and the niche is not going away anytime soon.

 

The domain is pretty long, and if it were undeveloped then I would say it was only worth low $xx, but it isn't undeveloped, and it seems to be getting a decent amount. At the moment, around $18,000-23,000 seems about right, maybe a bit more, but personally I would advise you to carry on going and try and raise the monthly amount, really advertise for a month or two, and then the site will be worth a lot more

 

Yeah I know but the problem is I am so busy with all my other stuff I don't have any time to create more adgroups, write articles and what not.

That's why I would like to sell it now...and I need a chunk of cash for my new project.

This is the last month... there is also some earning on CJ but not as significant..maybe 100 bucks or so.

Here's what is worth a lot and is included if you buy the site...

- ALL my profitable adgroups
- ALL my profitable keywords
- ALL my profitable adcopys
- My ENTIRE auto responder series(this is were most of the money comes from)
-Giving away my list of over 1,000 people.
- Access to subdomains and other pages...have some review sites and about 20 other pages used in AR and there all indexed in google from the sitemap.

Bassically, Everything I own that is linked to the site so you don't need to do any work.

So I need an appraisal for AL my stuff...not just my domain.

seriously... it's not worth much in my opinion.. keep it.. get your revenue from it.. why sell a cash horse?

 

well yes the domain is worth regfee even with the real domain but yes if the traffic and revenue is real , usually the sites go for 10-24 x revenue per month

seriously he didnt ask if he needs to walk your dog , its too rude , he asked the value , you could have simply gave the value not other shit there

and thread opener , yes your domain is not good but yes if your site's traffic / revenue / and all stuff are as you say , it would be like 20-24 k , this is domain appraisal section so most of the people did appraisal for the domain

Typically you can expect 10X -24X the monthly revenue, though I have
seen those who claim to pay 50X . On the other end, I've seen a few going
for less (3X-5X), right here on DP.
You would need to show good records and verify the income.
Take offers from different forums to expedite your sale.
SP is also a good place to sell a cash cow of a site.
