How much is the space worth with coop?

    Hey,
Someone suggested that I add coop to my site, www.AllDotNet.com

I wanted to know how much you think it would actually be worth for my site?
I had no idea about the coop and still not too sure what its all about :)

    Thanks

How much weight did it give you?

Just put the ads on my site but I'm not too sure about the next steps.

It said about getting my site validated or reviewed for the network but could someone tell me where to do that?

Have you logged into your account? You have to create your own ads or text links and then they are reviewed and accepted or rejected for use as coop ads. Also if you don't have the ad on every page in your web site there will be an error message shown in your account. You should receive and email message about that also.

If you just want to see how much weight you have, that doesn't require any review.

You can use a Google API to be able to instantly validate your site.

When you place the code on there, and the ads show at the bottom, it should show a weight # in your control panel.

Maybe this should be moved to the setting up forum now.

    I am getting the following:

I have added the code to my footer file and it seems to be showing in the source so not sure why its saying there are no ads.

Do accounts have to be activated by someone or is it automatic?
Is there anything else I am missing?

    Thanks

See that link in the middle of the image??!! Click it! Then the weight number shows up on the right. That's how much your site is worth in the eyes of the co-op.

    Thanks for the help.

Looks like theres a problem with the code I have added..

Re-read the setup info but cant see anything wrong.

Is this what I should have in my footer:

I have it in my footer.tpl file still within the body and html tags.

This is in phplinkdirectory - Did some searching and a few others had the same problem but no answers.

    Thanks

I think I might know the problem.

The footer.tpl is in /templates/ so is there anything I would have to do for the include?

Got it, phplinkdirectory needed different code than in the setup guide :)
