How much is some code worth?

    Hi, I created an arcade games website (http://www.gamereden.com) in C#/ ASP.NET and I have been approached by a third party to sell the source code with reseller rights.

    What would you guys do and how much is an arcade script (AFAIK there are no other asp.net/ c# arcade scripts) worth?

    If you can get 3 figures sell it. You can always code yourself a new one too, right? ;)

    If the games are yours also, consider raising the price a bit.

    he will sell about $20 a copy, so lets assume he will sell 30 copies, which isnt alot but we will use that number.

    20x30 is 600 so my guess is the code should go for $400-$1,000
