Just moved to Vancouver from England, have been developing websites for a few years but with the job I just finished here I have been offerred a SEO contract. While I have some experience with SEO I have never done it freelance and have no idea how much to charge, whether I should charge by my time, search engine position. One fixed fee or monthly ongoing payments. I have looked around the web and found it hard to get any concrete information on this subject so any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thankyou
I would avoid a fixed fee and charging per SERP Monhtly ongoing amount is the best. With Google changing its algorithm a few times here and there, serp dancing, you might have constant work. As for an amount, I dont know. How much time do you think you need to invest in a month ?
