Is he looking for an ad for SEO purposes or traffic only? If traffic, you'll need to factor in many different things when determining a price. The amount of traffic per day/month would be the most influential. The size of the ad too -- obviously you'd charge less for a 125x125 button than you would a large banner.

    All the best,
    Liam

A PR5 link on a site like text-link-ads can run from around $30-$100 a month. On digital point there is more competition so most PR5 links usually range from $15-$50 a month. If I were you I wouldn't spend more than $20/month if it is only one one page, unless there is a lot of traffic to the site

It depends also on the traffic. It would be around 15-30$ but depends on the number of backlinks, serps, etc
