it's impossible to say how much a blog is worth based on pr alone. You need to specify traffic volume and revenue as well to get a better answer.

Depends on the buyer :D Some buyer might be willing to pay lots of money if he or she really likes the blog and thinks it has potential ;)

There is no straight forward answer to that. Perhaps the site has a custom design that is worth $500 or it is making $1000 a day in revenue. We can't tell this from the page rank.

PR1 shouldn't be worth much, unless you have proof of earnings from that site, then maybe 7 to 12 months earnings...

    Cheers

A rough estimate would be 12 months' revenue.

Again there are loads of other factors :-

1.) Custom Design/Unique script license, as mentioned by Terminator.
    2.) Domain age
    3.) Quality of Links
4.) Time required to maintain it.
    5.) Scope to progress further.
    6.) Niche.

A PR1 site is usually valued at $5 per month. However, a higher Alexa rank and number of backlinks could make the site more valuable if you are going to sell links.

All I can add to this is the fact it depends on a buyer and intent.
An "end-user" will want it for basically what it was designed for.
If it has high traffic, then it has potential for a serious marketer.

If it is link sales that interests a buyer, a PR1 isn't going to cut it.

As many have said , you cannot give an exact value to a site just by its pagerank
