how much is pagerank worth?

hello and good day

assuming a domain is average 2 or maybe 3 keywords and not some crap like asdjkas-zx.net what would you consider the page rank to play in part of the value of the site?

this is an example / what i think
pr1 - $10
pr2 - $20
pr3 - $30
pr4 - $40
pr5 - $50
pr6- $60

what would you consider the value of pagerank to be for domains that are being sold? this is purely just pagerank and no other factors

 

in my opinions pagerank is worth 0, I don't care of it at all

 

its all depends on keywords , cpc for domain name alone.

 

I would say Pr1 for $15, Pr2 for $30, Pr3 for $40, Pr4 for $60, Pr5 for $150, PR6 for $200

 

I suppose that is not good idea to pay too much attention to PR while buying domain names.

 

PR is a very important aspect for a domain. With a excellent domain name but with 0-PR it is almost considered waste.
A good named domain with a decently high PR can make you rich

 

Like anything the value of it is what its worth to you and what you can get out of it. Page rank is no different.

Page rank is important because it is the thing that gives us some useful information about a website.

 

If you have to sell links then only it does matters... Otherwise I don't care for it.
Just make sure you get good traffic.

it only attracts advertisers
its nothing special use of page rank

 

if the domain relevant for your business you can buy a domain with good PR . becoz high ranking web sites are listed in google's first page. if your aim is providing social service o, personal site or organization you don't need to pay more .

Page rank is effectively casting a vote for the other page. PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance.link from one web page to a web page of another site was in essence a vote for that page.

 

Like someone said on NamePros.com last year "Domains don't have PageRank, PAGES have PageRank".

PageRank for a domain has value only if you think it does. The problem with domain PR is that it is based partly on links to that domain, but also what content is on the domain. If a domain has expired or the site has changed, you cannot count on the PR staying the same. For this reason most domainers do not consider PR much when buying domain names.

Pagerank is only 1 of 200+ factors Google takes into account when it ranks pages.

I make most of my money and have tons of high-ranking keywords with a Pagerank 0 site. Meanwhile, I have PR3,4, and 5 sites that never got jack sh*t in terms of search traffic.

 

I would liketo know the approximate worth of PR too

 

Any PR below 2 is worthless in my eyes... and for anything above it, the price would greatly depend on the keyword included in the name.

rightman is right and think the same as him..depend on keyword is important.

 

50 dollars/pr in my opinion but you guys obviously have other opinions
