    it totally depends on how much content there is.

    How much does a book cost? Anywhere from a little to a lot depending on what it is, how much there is, what will be involved in making it.

    Depends on what script you are using and how easy it will be for the designer to intergrate his design to it. Also depends on what your time frame is and what you think is high quality.
