http://www.networktemple.com with 32 000 members, Vbulletin, VBSEO and heaps of hours putting into this site.. Site income is currently 100- 200US a month.. use to be $1000+ a week from VIP subscriptions and ad's.. How much is it worth if im to sell this site??

For a real value I'm not the expert to talk about but also depends on the buyer's motivation to buy your site. It might worth a few hundreds and the buyer may will to pay a few thousands or vice versa

 

That tool is so broken. I get $2k/month income and it said my site only worth $103. LoL

 

I agree. That tool is meaningless.

 

I don't think that there are any good tools which can really tell your correct site net worth. So it is nice to use your imagination and other reliable web tools and methods to get your sites estimated value.

 

if the site is making 100-200$ a month, you can generally take that times 10 to get an idea of your site value.
so 1 to 2 grand
and looking at the stats

Yes, this tools is more for fun time rather than the real thing. I have a very competitive adult-keyword domain registered five years ago and because I'm updating nameservers the site was not found by the engine and is supposedly worth $11

 

what do you mean bu used to be 1000+ but currently is 100-200??

as far as selling is concerned some small blogs like one ryanshamus (I am sure the spelling is wrong) was sold for 2500 even though it had 90 RSS subscribers and was few months old...

so it all depends on your luck...do some negative publicity and see the people bidding......

damn i cant believe it. i checked my site in dnscoop and it shows $5,390,948 yet my site makes only $200/mon
so i guess it is inaccurate.

 

olddocks, try to add a little more ads to it - will make more, maybe. Probably you just decide to keep 1 ad, right ?

 

thanks mate actually i dont want to hurt the readability in my website by putting more ads. that is the reason i could be earning lot less. i never promoted this site. it just took off
