How much is my website worth?

Hey I have quite a few sites now and not enough time to update them all. I wanted to sell one of my older site.

• 1 year + old
• pr4
• 2,884 backlinks
• 708,091 Alexa
• 708,091 Alexa
• 200-250 uniques a day
• Ranks well for clan templates and free clan template
• Minimal revenue, 1 text link $15 a month, just started this month
• Not updated to get traffic. All traffic is sustainable from older content
• Template for free (footer links to website)

Site is http://www.webmaster-files.com, Has template monster affiliation integrated but not making money with it due to lack of content. No paid advertising and not updated. Unique design and using snews.

Thanks for valuation please. Also any tips for selling eg, should I write some more content and boost traffic before I sell.

 

Maybe $100? I'm not that educated when it comes to buying/selling sites, but it was a good-looking site that I think might go for triple digits.

 

Hmm probably $80, try bringing up more traffic, the more traffic you get, the higher the site's value goes up.

 

I wouldn't have a clue but your last post in the site seems to have a bad link to the image (if you didn't already know?).

i would also say your looking at about $100

 

that design would have looked good when used on a barbie related site. on an estimation i would give around 400$ for that site, coz of the PR, back links, SEO.

I think if you brought up the traffic a bit, it would be worth alot.

 

$ 150 - 350 range. The "dash" domain hurts it

$100 is a joke for a website. No way would I sell for $100 when templates alone sell for that.

I would have to agree with the $50-100 range if it was useful to the buyer otherwise....not that much,,,,,,,bring up the traffic because traffic increases worth.

 

I like your design but the website itself can not go for much without revenue. Usually its your monthly revenue x 6 to 12

$100? You guys... have no idea on a sites value. Not saying I know any better. But a site that is PR4, more then a year old, decent traffic (atleast the alexa graph show), and the crazy amount of backlinks? No... its worth well over the few $100, I'd say between $250 -$500.
