Good Morning, I am the owner of a celebrity blog and forum, I have seen that its possible to sell website on the internet so I was checking an online tool and I found the value of my site is around $75,000. I really would like to sell it as soon as possible. Can you guys give me a confirmation about the metric and system used to evaluate my website? Please take a look to: http://www.howmuchblogvalue.com/ Thank you a lot! Sarah Jefferson
Since URL is not in acceptable American English I would say domain in itself is not worth the registration price. Content and revenue would have to be the deciding factor.
Online valuation tools, are just toys for fun and provide no actual genuine evaluation. Some people value websites directly based on income. 3-12months of income is just a general guide. Zero income sites can sometimes get a nice price depending on custom coding, unique domain name, or other desirable assets that the buyer is really interested in.
Online tools to check your website value is just waste of time. It all depends upon your website income, website design, content and web traffic your website receives daily. This factors can count your website value and you need to concentrate on this values to increase your website worth.
Online check tools don't give you the right price . They have Some stupid metrics (often wrong) that help them evaluating your website. the right way to give a value is to look at traffic, earnings, backlinks, stability of earnings and traffic
