How much is my website worth ???

    So I have a domain name : - www.IamMMA.com & www.IamMMA.net (Mixed Martial Arts niche).

    Extras :

    Active facebook Fan Page with 30 000 fans
    Twitter account with 5500 followers
    Legit personal Facebook Page with 5000 friends + 150 friends requests (i receive 5-15 friends request per day without doing any advertising) ... the list includes news writers, athletes, gym, fans ect ...

    I am wondering, if I am trying to sell my domain name and the rest as a whole, what is a reasonable amount I could receive ?
