How much is my website worth?

    hey guys, want to sell my website. How much would you value it at?

    it's around 9 months old.

    google adsense stats for yesterday

    Monthly - making around 30-40 pounds maybe. Saying that I've only just started to proper do backlinking etc. so under the belt of someone experiences i'm sure it would boost up :)

    Also last few days had around 350 unique visitors and around 1500 page views.

    My suggestion to you is don't sell your site, instead do some seo to it so that you will get more traffic and traffic means $$$. I don't really get why people like to sell their site, its your start in earning money online and your letting it go.

    Site value always depends on the avg. revenue gains from the site last 3 months * 2.

    Are you sure? I dont think that if my site earns $100 on an average, I'll sell it for $200. :)

    Why sell it just keep it 10 years at $500 a year = $5000 sell now for $600 max and loose over 4400 in ten years bad choice.

    Unless we have analytics of the site, it's hard to say. But they usually say if its proven confirmed income is anywhere from 8-12 * the average monthly income.
