Nutrition For Runners I have used peek stats for a valuation but not sure if it is accurate ? Peek Stats Valuation
According to me this site is just worth $$ its good but nto very good you should do better seo for your site
You really have nice theme. Really match with the atmosphere of your niche. If the articles are originally written, then the site is worth something. Wait till it's 1 year old with higher PR, you should be looking at higher $$. Good luck!
To answer your questions, The current content on the site is not original, at the moment i would rather have quality over unique content written by an amateur. In the future if i still own the site, i will be hoping to contact established authors within the nutrition/exercise industry, in the hope i may be able to get some unique content on the site.
Considering it's a 3 month old site on a free template with scraped content, I wouldn't pay much more than a registration fee. Although, traffic and revenue, if significant, can change that estimate. Also, the adsense ads under the heading of 'links' I believe is against the TOS.
Your page looks very appealing. Very informative however I would agree with others above that it should contain unique content, to make it more valuable. Just my 2 cents. I do not feel that peekststats provides a true value of the site. This is what it is showing for mine, http://www.peekstats.com/www.survey-101.com I would like to see others if possible and your thoughts. What do most of you use to give a valid assesment of your sites worth? The way I see it if the site is making you a profit then it is doing the job it was intended to do.
A websites worth is based on the following factors - How much money it can generate - How many visitors it gets - Its current exposure & branding - The Domain name & Design
http://spotonnutrition.com/ - $30 Your first on the google page rank which mean's your getting quite decent traffic per month which is good and the articles aren't yours so that isn't good.
