Sorry for bringing this thread back on top but here is my take on your website valuation:

It is very poorly optimized and it takes around 10 seconds to load which means that you lose 2/3 of traffic just because no one wants to wait for websites to load. You can just move it to better server and do some light code optimization and you will be fine.

1000 visitors for a warez site means that you can make up to 1$ in revenue from this website. Because most well paying ad networks don't want to support such websites and you are left outside the game. You can still make money but unless you can get some 100k visitors a day you won't make much.

It still has some value and there will be buyers for this website but make sure you speed it up so users can actually access your website.
