How much is my site worth?

    Ok, so I am pretty new to pricing my sites and I have this site that makes $27-29 dollars a month from adsense and it gets a lot of type in traffic as well as organic searches. It's a popular health ailment to do with your eyes.

    I have two web addresses going to it, I don't do any work but just leave it alone. I hve had it for 4 months.

    Any thoughts?

    $29 x 12 = $348 max
    If your site is pr5 and above, plus $100.

    Thats about right. Factor in the cost to maintain as well.

    There is no maintenance as long as you have hosting. So what if my pr is sitting at a 3? Can I factor in the fct that there is alot of potential since there is type in traffic?
