Like people have said, it's worth more or less 10x monthly profits. Best way to ensure you get that in May is to not change a thing, and keep good records. It really drags down price when accounts are changed around etc. Show a steady income, with great records and you can push that amount to 12x-15x earnings. Bad records and no proof and you're looking at 4-6x earnings. HTH

ok, so I have been adding up all the earnings and so far I have earned a total of $1,250 from it in less than 5 months. The monthly revenue with all the ads included is an average of $375/month(From: Adsense, Bidvertiser, Clicksor and AdBrite). If I decide to sell it, and since I am new at this, I want someone who has experience at this to tell me a fair price. Please don't say as much as I can get it for it because it earns some good money and I am not in a hurry to sell it but I want to know. If I sell it with a 6 month revenue the price will be: $375*6(Months) = 2250 or $375*10(Months)= 3750 For me, this prices are pretty high and this is why I would like someone to tell me a fair price for the website. I only want people that have sold websites before and know what they are worth. Thanks
