how much is my site worth?

    Well it can depend on revenue too. Can you add what kind of revenue it is generating?

    30 days = $300 per month

    And if we are talking about the revenue of 12 to 18 months then

    $3,600 to $5,400 [Based on average data and the revenue you are mentioning]

    not necessarilly because its a growing site. growing site mean growing revenues. :)

    It is hard to find a buyer that will spend based on potential. I think you will the the majority of buyers based their price estimations on past performance. If everyone bought based on "potential"... I think we'd all be listing our sites for a lot more... ;-)

    How long has your site been online making $10/day? To get to the 18-month revenue estimate, I would expect to site to have stable earnings for at least 18 months in the past... On the other hand, if a site can only show me 6 months earnings... then I would not value it more than 6 months earnings... since it is potentially not stable. Just my opinion of course.
