How much is my site worth?

    I have a site that makes around $55.00 a day STEADILY.

    If I wanted to sell my site how much should I ask?

    5 months income, 6 months? etc

    people usually pay 12 months revenue for traffic domains

    Does that go for sites with content that arent just parked?

    usually for parked sites, the price can be a little more than 12 months revenue bt for sites earning through adsense, the price is a little less

    but you can ask for 12 months revenue and wait for offers ;)
    who knows someone might pay you the amount u desired lol

    Well, I'd personally pay 10-15 times your monthly revenue, minus 12 months worth of operating costs.
