    Some websites sell for several months income and some sell for an entire year of income.

    You could easily sell it for 6 months of it's residual income though as long as you can prove it.

    Hmm...so does $200 sound good?
    I think that's too much, I would sell it to someone for lowest $50 as I have bigger projects and have to move on.

    If you could find someone who's interested in the niche your blog is written about, I guess you could sell it for about $50 or maybe a little more depending on how much income your site is generating. But for someone like me, I'd take it only if it's free. I'm not badmouthing your site, I'm just saying I do not want to make a site about games. I'm stating the obvious, but it really comes down to finding a buyer who's passionate about the niche you are in and the negotiation begins there.
