Hard to say with no info about what the site does, how old it is, how many regular iusers it has etc etc.

 

Those are the regular users, it's a 6 month old forum.
Before anyone pre-assume me of bragging, I'm doing this because I received an offer from a buyer.

 

How much do you want it to be worth? if you selling send me a PM with full stats access + income + domain + what your offered.

A site is worth basically what someone will pay for it, some say 10-14x monthly net income, me I judge each on its own merit, it is a complicated process.

Those stats by themselves mean absolutely nothing and in no way can be used as a way to value your site.

the info you posted by itself cannot be used for gauging the value of your site... maybe you want to provide the url and revenue figures too?

btw, the traffic is quite decent... but is it translating to $$$ ?
