How much is my site worth? FPS Gaming

I'm thinking about selling my site, I could really use the money to help me buy a different car, but I don't know how much it is worth.

    http://www.fpsgaming.us

It's bee up for about 3 months now, since the middle of March. For the past couple weeks I've been making $1-$2 a day with AdSense. It has more than 80 pages, and a forum. It used to have about 50 of the pages indexed in Google, and now I see 130 pages indexed, because it started indexing the forum. According to StatCounter, I get 350-650 visitors a day, and 2750-4300 pageviews a day. I haven't had time to do anything to the website for 2-3 weeks now, but I'm still making $1-$2 a day. It really doesn't need updating.

Right now it's not finished, like there are some sections that I haven't done yet, but you can just delete those sections if you don't want to do them yourself. I also have 48 videos on Google video, all which have a link to my website and at the end of each vid it says "Video made by FPS Gaming. Visit fpsgaming.us for more."
Total views for my videos each day are 1200-2200.

    So what do you think?

Well, I look at it like:

Design isn't great, too many ads and not enough content.
Only 3 games covered, and on 2 platforms.
    Inactive forums.

    so, $1-2/day = $45/mo = $540/year.

I'd say between $200-$500 depending upon how reliable your traffic and revenue really is. I would wait for 3 or 4 posts for a decent amount of quotes though.

Looking at the site and going by income and maintenance and what you've done so far, I'd say in the $300 - $500 range if the income looked solid.

I'd bid $400 for such site.

I dont think you can buy a car with that money, so you better not sell your site.
