How much is my pr5 website worth?

I'd like to know how much my website, wearestyle1.wordpress.com is worth.

Domain: wearestyle1.wordpress.com/ wearestyle.co.uk
Host: Wordpress
Age of website: Around 3 months
Niche: Fashion/ beauty blog
PR: 5
Alexa: 2,549,123
Income: $7/ monthly per blog roll link

If i sold it, it would come with original top banner (layout) and all articles (which are all copyscape passed) and domain name, wearestyle.co.uk.

How much do you think it is worth at the moment?

I would say somewhere between $6.50 and $7.00.

I agree with Arkserver about the page rank which would be a valuable selling point. My estimate would be $200 on sitepoint right now. You should wait a least a year then try and sell.

Your Alexa rank is only 2 millions something, so no, PR5 your site is not.
