How much is my ipod worth, and were to sell it?

So I have had this old Ipod forever, and its time for a new one. Its a 2 GB ipod nano. It dosnt have any screen scratches, but it does have 1 or 2 MINOR scratches on the back. So how much would this go for? its about 3-4 months old. and were should I sell it (desides ebay)

Is it first or second gen nano? Like rounded edges or pretty much flat?
