How much is my entire site worth

Hi, I am just wondering roughly how much my entire site is worth,
this includes
- The blog http://jgblogging.com
- The forum http://forum.jgblogging.com

The blog has had about 1100 visits in the last 2 months, the forum is only a week old.

In the 2 months of the website running, I have made a total of about £15 ... (not that much I know)

So how much roughly would I be able to sell the whole site for.
about 10 months left of hosting.

Value is going to be based on revenue. A site like this needs updating and you usually figure 6 to 12x the monthly net (after you deduct an amount for the work required to run the site). With such little income, I would suggest you work on increasing the income because it would have very little value based on the current revenue and work required to maintain the site.

 

Ok thanks for the tips, I do try and increase the revenue, it is rising, but ever so slightly.

 

I'd be willing to offer $1000 for these each if I were to take them on, but then I would renovate them myself and rank them higher.
