Not much right now. Work on it and its value will increase in 3 months if proper promotion has been done. Maybe 50$ right now. Could be $$$ or even $$$$ after 3 months. Will depend on revenue, backlinks and traffic.
costs would be a starting point. if you spent $300 on a custom skin, dont sell it for less than $350. after that, just add around 10 months revenue onto the price. that should be a good guide.

Well yes, but it is very doubtful it would sell at that price. I know what I have invested and what returns I am getting and it's not a realistic valuation.
In my opinion true worth is that what you can get. Tools display high value but real worth is what you get in pocket Start an auction for sale and don't display BIN/RESERVE then you can probably have idea of 'real' worth of your directory.
try to wait for the pr update maybe your site will get a decent pr then your directory will worth much more.

I don't believe a word of any of these automated valuation tools - anything is worth as much as someone wants to pay. When Rover (the car manufacturer) sold to BMW it was effectively bought for £1 'cos of the debts, etc. When BMW sold it to a consortium they PAID the consortium £450m to take it off their hands! I'm sure there's a story in there about if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
I looks like you have over 1000 baclinks, so the with and adverage of 2.4 PR, so that should help the value of your sites one the PRs adjust again around in a few months
