How Much Is My Computer Information Site Worth? Thanks

    I own and operate the site http://computerinformationsite.com/
    I have been contacted for an offer for sale for the domain and contents.
    Majority of the contents are unique to this site and sites gets a decent traffic from SE.
    I've had no intention of selling site but the name your price offer seems to good to pass down.
    Please advice, what realistic figures I should demand.

    hard to say with the information you've given. Any stats on traffic or revenue? And a word of warning - if an offer seems too good to be true, it's because it probably is! Be wary of overly generous offers designed to entice you into a sale and only hand over domains etc after payment has been received AND cleared.

    Site gets about 30-50 uniques daily and not much revenue is being generated at the moment.
    Imma be careful with this one and i have requested all payments be done through escrow.
