How much is live advertising worth?

I, along with 5-6 co-workers, will be going to a technology-based event that will be featured on TV as well as streamed online. We are allowed to wear t-shirts and things that contain advertisments (Kind of like nascar). Major companies do marketing there including intel, nvidia, corsair, mountain dew, etc. Since it is technology-based the demographics are predominately male between 15-25 years old.

How much is this worth? I want to set the prices fair to myself and also those that would be interested in such an offer.

I am thinking about offering 6 spots on the t-shirt (front and back) with a non-competitive agreement (essentially stating that I won't sell spots to companies that are competing against one another).

I am thinking about offering text-only advertisement on the sleeves for a discounted price.

Do you know if you'll be featured on TV or not? It'd be difficult to put a price on something where the advertisers aren't guaranteed that their advertisement will be given airtime.

Ahhh, no, i do not know for sure. I simply know that MSNBC and CBS will be doing some type of coverage of it. We may or may not be interviewed.

There will also be supplimental links and guarantees for the online side of the advertising (we will be doing online promotion for the companies as well). But i'm having a hard time coming up with a price for the live event. I can guarantee that the live stream will feature us for at least an hour. I do not know the exact amount of traffic the live stream will have, but based on my understanding it is quite a bit and streamed on a PR6 website.

Based on that I wouldn't accept anything below mid $XXX -I think if a site is going to bother with doing a live stream, they must have a large and established user base that makes it worthwhile.

Perhaps you should auction off a spot or two here on DP with no BIN? It might give you an idea as to what you should expect to ask for each spot.
