I used a automatic appraisal which told me a bit over 3k but I want to hear it from a real person.

The .net is already take by someone else.

You could do a forum for venting - something like when I have reached my limit ...

Do a site to monitor bandwidth or harddrive space (or do an online harddrive site - when your hard disk limit is reached).

Do a video site with people getting angry - when people's limits are reached.

Do a site about heroes - when their limit was reached they found a bit extra.

All cheesy, but there has to be one good idea in there.
