How much? Is it worth?

I have been seeing some people who possess sites making $1/day. Now most of them have different price ranges as they may be quality sites or jus tplain old proxies.

So how much is an average $1/day adsense site worth?

Some where around $300 but it would depend on the domain and the site itself... could be a lot more..

I sold a site for around $4,000 and that site was making around $1.5/day from Adsense. But it had thousands of backlinks already and hundreds of articles.

 

Each site has different potential so it's hard to say a price. Generally it's 10-12 months of revenue, gives you a bit of an idea of what it's worth.

 

You should get atleast $200 if it has been earning that for a few months.

 

If PR increases then price increases too?

 

I have PR4 blog (predicted PR6) with 150+ article, about 15000+ backlinks . Daily earning 5-10+ $... Offcourse - .com domain... What you think about price?

 

$10/day * 365 = $3650.00 starting.

You cant expect someone to pay $20,000 for a site only making $10 a day. It would take them 2000 days to recoup the cost if the site continued to make the same ammount.

It also comes into play weather or not the buyer sees a potential for an increase in monthly revenue.

If you had a site dedicated to Anna Nicole Smith, I'm pretty sure that site was making HUGE ammounts of money up until she died....fast forward 3 months from then and i'm sure profit went through the floor.

I think take your daily profit average, and multiply it by 1 year (356) and it'll give you what your site is worth.
