How much is it worth?

    Hello there!
    I would be interested to hear your oppinions of what my image hosting site www.picrun.com could be sold for, and how I could increase the value of it.

    The script is original, 70+ unique visitors daily without any advertising and 1,200 incomming links. The PR is currently 1 and alexa rank something like 1 million.

    Why would that play such a big matter? It is a image hosting site,. It is the domain and the script I guess will make the price.

    And deltaplane, it has revenue, but it ain't very stable. Goes up and down all the time, but it's not much.
