Hey guys, Looking for your help yet again! We're looking to sell one of our sites and it's in a fairly specific niche. it's a site/forum about video editing. The site is called KronicStudios and i am wondering how much i could get for it. There are 2,000+ members of which 151 daily meaning there are around 20 new threads and posts a day. The main valuable thing about the site is that there are over 3 hours of unique tutorials which can;t be found anywhere else on the internet. These tutorials teach people how to use programs such as After Effects, Premier, Vegas and other 3d programs all well known in the video editing world. The tutorials are of a very high quality and could easily be sold alone for quite a lot. I am posting here so you guys can help me understand how much this site would be worth. Great niche, and awesome content. 2,000 members isn't bad. Seems your activity and traffic isn't bad. To sell your site, most buyers will require you to put this information in front of them: 1. Traffic Details - Using either Google Analytics or AWStats. 2. Revenue Proof - Do you make any money off of it? If so, prove it, if not, specify it. 3. PR - What's your GooglePageRank? Most buyers are quite picky about this. There are a few elements, those being the main ones. After that, I would just create an Auction (here at DP) and start the bid at about $50, increments of $10. Set a reserve at about $300 (or how much is the least you want to sell this site for) Personally, I woulden't set a BIN (BuyItNow) price, as this is the question you're asking in the thread: how much is it worth? Thanks guys, really helps alot ! The problem im having is its not generating any income as i didnt start the site for that purpose. I am generalyy interested in video editing and thsi site started as a hobby. How could i optimize it or something? -Dave
