How much is it worth?

    I was wondering how much is worth a Portuguese store that profits more than $1000 per month, if bought by foreign person? It has steady traffic from Search Engines and steady orders.

    If it is giving a steady income of $1000/month (please thoroughly scrutinize the figures), then buying it at around $10,000 will be not a bad idea, provided you can maintain it.

    A good rule of thumb is whatever the current monthly income is, mupltiply that by 12 so however much you could make in a year with the site

    Honestly I'd just keep it... it's going to make you more money if you keep it than just selling it for $12,000. Unless, you don't have time to maintain it then I guess you should sell it...
