How much is it worth?

I don't really trust the free website taxation websites. So I'm asking your opinion on this.

I have a website, www.watch-himym.com. It went online in July 2009.

Some stats:
- Income around $250/month (from different sources, all advertisement).
- Alexa rank between 300,000 and 400,000.
- Between 35,000 and 40,000 monthly unique visitors.



What do you think this website is worth? If you need more info, contact me or ask here.

How much are you currently making with it ??? and also nice traffic I'd pay it for around $100

 

I'm making around $250,-/month. So $100,- wouldn't be enough

I once sold a website with only 50 uv /day for $120. So I expect to get more from this one.

 

I would say you could probably get $300-$500 for it.

 

I dont know to much about pricing but I think it should be about 10 months of how much your making a month. It would be about $2500...

if you could show the buyers valid proof of the revenue 3 month to 6 months before, then you could get minimum 8 x monthly revenue

 

You'd get more money if you sold it on flippa.com with solid proof of course.

 

Leave it to run for a few months and take the 250 a month, then after a few months sell it on flippa for about 10 or 12 times the monthly revenue.
