how much is it worth?

i build and launched a website which is getting very popular really quick. lots of backlinks, people discuss in forums, etc etc.

site gets 100+ signups/day, money deposits, advertisers are interested and it looks like that idea was the right one. traffic is increasing on daily basis, alexa shows that too.

i am very much satisfied with the progress.

i started to wonder how much is the site worth in this stage? there are no adsense ads (because it is a service) and it is not possible to valuate it just using ads income numbers. it must be traffic & interest and progress that counts in this case. i would like to know the number but at the same time i dont want to post in a forum: hey, check this website and tell me how much is it worth. that is lame...

    what do you suggest?
    thanks!

websiteoutlook is a joke. It's always fun to see your site stats, but they aren't the least bit accurate at all.

Awstats & Webalizer would be the 2 best to recommend for statistics gattering.

They don't give any estimate of worth though. A site is only worth the revenue it generates and what someone is willing to pay for it.

You also have to be able to see the potential. Not BS potential, but REAL potential. I've bought $10 sites that made $100 by the end of the month because I could see that they just weren't monetized properly. I find that much better than buying a $1000 site that already makes $100 a month. Same amount of revenue but MUCH less initial investment.

It's like playing the stock market. You have to know the trends and your audience.
