    From the ad-network page:

    - Do not buy, sell or rent "weight".

    Oh well. :(
    Offer is withdrawn.

As a clarification, you are indeed allowed to rent space on people's sites to run co-op on, but you cannot buy or sell actual weight.

In other words, one of my sites currently has about 60K weight. I could not sell the weight to you, but I could sell the space on the site and you could have whatever weight is produced from the site. I could make no guarantees about the weight staying the same, though, so it might go down to 40K or up to 80K.

At least... That is my understanding of how it works.

A site with 62K of weight just went for $600 at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=72398 , if that gives you an idea of the kind of prices that ad space is getting nowdays...
