    I see... well, it seems that you have a good idea for it, so you are the only one that can really give it a value, the domain alone doesn't have much value, but since you have an idea for it it then turns into an investment.

    Domain in itself isn't worth anything - like fryman said you may find someone who will buy it just for the PR and link popularity.

    The site you have there however is worth what someone will pay for it - if you're confident you can get that club owner to part with an amount, then there is your value.

    No idea... If I already knew what I would be using the domain for and was sure that it was the perfect domain for it, I would maybe pay a couple of hundred bucks for it
