    . earning ~$30\month from adsense
    . plus occasional $100 in affiliate commissions,
    . over 7 months old
    . the domain consists of two strong word keywords,

    how much would you estimate a website like this is worth given only the info above

    $100 or more?

    honestly, you may justify your rough price
    for the website based on your monthly earning.
    generally you can put the price ten times from your website monthly income.
    if you get around $30/months than
    you should put starting price at $300..
    then consider at your good domain and other factor will
    pump up your price too.
